zynagent-first application framework

Serve command#

Usage:
  zyn serve [--http|--https] [--no-input]

Run the development HTTP application only. Use dev to supervise jobs and PostgreSQL too.

Example:
  zyn serve --http

Documentation: zyn docs cli/serve

zyn serve runs only the HTTP application. Use zyn jobs work for a standalone background worker or zyn dev to supervise HTTP, jobs, and PostgreSQL together.

Builds and starts the current app's development web server, loading src/app.zig, the development credential profile, global middleware, and routes. It stores the executable at .zyn/dev_server, reuses it without starting Zig while its validated inputs and content remain unchanged, and rebuilds it otherwise. An unexpected application exit is reported and starts a replacement without waiting for another source change. It listens on localhost port 7532 unless PORT selects another non-zero port.

When a compatible Caddy 2 executable is installed on PATH, the public listener uses local HTTPS. Without one, zyn reports the fallback once and uses HTTP. When Caddy's generated root is not trusted by the operating system, a foreground interactive terminal offers to run Caddy's one-time trust setup; other runs report the exact manual command. --http forces HTTP; --https requires compatible Caddy.

With --no-input, an untrusted local HTTPS root fails without offering or attempting trust installation. Approve trust in an interactive run first, or select --http. An already trusted root does not require consent.
